Hypothetical

Let's say (hypothetically, of course) that Bob and Jane are married. Jane has an early morning doctor's appointment, and Bob's car is blocking her car in the garage. Should Jane:

a) Ask Bob the night before if he can move his car before he starts his morning routine so she can leave early enough to get to her appointment on time?
b) Move Bob's car so she can get out, park her car on the street, move his car back where it was, then leave for the appointment in her car?
c) Drive Bob's brand new car to her appointment and let him use her car for the day?
d) Blow off the appointment because it's too early anyway?

P.S. I'll try to get pictures of Dave's brand new car onto the blog tomorrow since I won't see him (or his car) till I wake up tomorrow morning...

  1. Honestly, I'd drive his *new* car. It's his dumba$$ fault for parking behind you knowing that you have an appointment first thing in the morning!

  2. I'd take the new car. :) He (probably) knows you have to leave early and parked behind you anyway. :) Hehe.

  3. In his defense, we have a one-car garage with no additional parking pad to the side of the driveway. Parking on the grass is a big "no no" per the HOA, and parking a brand new car on the street would make me nervous because the streets in our subdivision are so narrow.

I probably would have taken the new car this morning if I could figure out how to do basic stuff like move the driver's seat so I can reach the pedals! (Which effectively dismisses options B and C above...)

  4. A---but here's another option...e)Bob offers to drive his wife to her doctor appointment in his new car so she can stitch on the way there :)
