Under Construction

This past Saturday, Dave and I managed to squeeze in two visits to reception sites, the Morrow Center and Hidden Lakes. Between the two, we are probably leaning more towards the Morrow Center. Why? Well, it may have something to do with the fact that it's still under construction and we had to wear cute yellow hard hats to tour the site (No, I didn't get a picture, though I really wish I had!). They're scheduled to finish construction next month, so it will still be "brand new" in June. I also loved the fact that the palette for the paint and fabrics included lots of greens and browns. The Center's director has been working in event venues/country clubs for years, and he very successfully talked up his new endeavor. We're still going to look around a little, but the Morrow Center has made the list of finalists!
