Dave loves hockey, and unfortunately, Atlanta lost it's NHL team at the end of the last season (curse you, Canada, for stealing our hockey team!) Fortunately, the next county over got to keep it's AA hockey team, the Gwinnett Gladiators. Last night was their first home game of the season, so I suggested we go after work. Dave beat me to the arena and got to choose the seats... and that's how we ended up literally on the glass! To his credit, he thought row 2 meant we'd be in the second row back from the glass (that would actually be row A--whoever came up with the seating for arena had some issues with the first few rows...). Even though I jumped every time a puck hit near us, it was a fun experience, and we'll definitely be back for more Gladiator hockey this season! And I got some good shots of my favorite part of the game, the ZAMBONI!
I was wondering what y'all would do since the Thrashers left...
