Our niece, Kiersten, invited the entire family to Jesus' birthday at her church, so Dave and I drove out to St. Thomas Aquinas for the childrens Christmas Eve mass with Kiersten, his sister LeeAnn, and their parents (my mother and father-in-law). Afterward, we all drove up to Canton for dinner with Chris and LeeAnn's family.
My nieces showed me how to warm my feet in front of the fireplace, but soon broke down into fits of giggles. Soon enough, it was time for Kiersten and Kerrington to leave food for Santa and his reindeer (did you know that they eat glitter mixed with oats?), then off to bed with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads!
