Under Contract

Dave and I started house hunting mid-March, and we are thrilled to announce that we went under contract this morning! After losing three homes we've made offers on (plus two that went under contract before we could put in an offer), we're very excited to make it to the next step in the home-buying process. Pictures of the inside will come when we go for the inspection sometime in the next 10 days. It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home built in 1999 with a full basement for Dave to make into his man cave.  Closing is currently scheduled for May 22, which will kick off my birthday weekend this year!
