Thanksgiving Day was spent with my in-laws for a feast which included this awesome turkey vegetable tray. Other highlights from the menu: jumbo shrimp cocktail, Crispix Mix, two fried turkeys, mashed potatoes, corn casserole, green bean casserole, two kinds of cranberry side dishes, homemade rolls, pumpkin cider bread, and sweet potato souffle. And then there were a half-dozen desserts to choose from!
My side of the family got together for our third annual day-after-Thanksgiving hockey game. The team mascot, Maximus, came through our section and let us snap a few pictures. I actually refrained from taking a picture of the Zamboni this time! The Gladiators may not have won, but at least they sent it to overtime so we got to see a shootout for the win
