It only took a month of unpacking (and repacking--darn small kitchen!), but I'm finally ready to unveil downstairs. I have a week to get the upstairs presentable as well since our informal housewarming is next weekend!

We finally have a living room big enough for a coffee table!

Dining room with additional storage for kitchen stuff

Laundry, garage, 1/2 bath, and the fantastically organized pantry

Supervisor cat approves of her new domain
Our big plans for Labor Day weekend include shopping for a new washing machine since the one we moved from the townhouse decided it did not want to clean any more of our dirty clothes. Did you know that it now costs $4.50 to wash one load of laundry at a laundromat? Glad our dryer still works or I would have used up all of Dave's quarters!
