Despite the torrential downpour that has been the first week of July, we managed to squeeze in a (wet) Braves game. Thanks to his parents for the tickets, and to Nick and Wendy for their company!
The rain may have made it impossible to go to a local fireworks show for Dave's birthday on the 4th, but we did get to spend time with family, and I special ordered him a Cubbies birthday cookie cake!
