It Could Be Worse

Homeowners' insurance is a wonderful thing. It helps offset costs of unintended expenses for non-fun things like roof leaks that lead to replacing the entire aforementioned roof.  But there is still a deductible that has to come out of pocket, so Merry Christmas to me and Dave!
