Today we reached a critical milestone by paying off the second mortgage--woo hoo! Now we're that much closer to being able to put our starter home on the market. With only one mortgage, we can focus on paying it down enough to break even when we sell it. And that means we're a big step closer to being able to pick out a home together!
Perhaps we'll be in a new place by the end of the year? Here's to whatever 2012 has in store for us!
