Invitations: Dave and I have agreed on our invitation design! We have not actually purchased them yet, but hopefully that will happen some time this weekend when we can sit down together and decide on the wording. I'm not going to point out which one we chose, but we're ordering from Ann's Bridal Bargains.
Catering: Out of the original six caterers listed on the Morrow Center website, five of them have sample menus online or have emailed menus to me. I've been looking through the menus this week, and so far have followed up with three of them via email. I'm hoping to get to the other two by the end of the day tomorrow.
Photography: We're down to two choices: Do we want the package offered by friends for a really great price for the rehearsal dinner and the entire ceremony and reception, or do we want expensive professionals for just the ceremony and the beginning of the reception? I feel so torn because I want to be sure that the before and after ceremony shots turn out... opinions from my readers?
Hotels: Dave is in charge of getting a block of hotel rooms reserved for our out-of-town guests (since his family is already asking), so I have no clue how close we are to being able to check this off of the "to do" list...

Tough call on the photography. You want a lot of good pictures but you don't want to spend a fortune for them. My opinion would be to choose one where you get all the "proofs" (be it on CD or actually pictures like what I got) and then choose which pictures you want in what sizes, etc. That's why I liked our photographer so much...we got all the pictures then we could choose what we wanted for the album, etc.
